Oath of the Vayuputras -Shiva Trilogy (Part 3) by Amish Tripathi Tamil release date:
Amish Tripathi's never dreamed that his book will become a national wide best seller when he released his first book of Shiva Trilogy The Immortals of Meluha in March 2010.
The simple story line of Shiva Trilogy:
"Today, Shiva is a god. But four thousand years ago, he was just a man. 1900 BC: the once-proud Suryavanshi rulers of the Meluha Empire are in dire peril. The empire's primary river, the Saraswati, is slowly drying up. There are devastating terrorist attacks from the east, the land of the Chandravanshis - and to make matters worse, the Chandravanshis appears to have allied with the Nagas, an ostracised race of deformed humans with astonishing martial skills. The only hope for the Suryavanshis is an ancient prophecy: when evil reaches epic proportions and all seems lost, a hero will emerge..."
1st part of Shiva trilogy was released in multiple languages including English (South Asia), Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Bahasa Indonesian, Tamil, English (UK), Estonian and Spanish.
2nd part The Secret of Nagas released later in the year 2011 also became a huge commercial success & released in more than 5 languages including Tamil.
Pavithra Srinivasan translated first two parts The Immortals of Meluha & The Secret of Nagas in the Tamil titled மெலூஹாவின் அமரர்கள் & நாகர்களின் ரகசியம் respectively.
Even though 3rd installment, Oath of the Vayuputras released in English in the year 2013, Tamil version is not released yet.
Pavithra Srinivasan hinted in her official twitter page earlier that, Tamil version of Oath of Vayuputras will be delayed (Follow her tweets https://twitter.com/pavithrasri)
Now Digital Native Team in its Email communication with Westland Books have got confirmation that Oath of the Vayuputras Tamil release date is expected on September 11th 2015.
