Usually browsers in mobile phones by default support only English but when we try to read something in online in Tamil or Hindi or any other language use can see only squares visible.

Now follow these steps to enable other languages:
S1: Open Opera mini in mobile
S2: Click on address bar and type as follow
"about:config"
S3: Scroll down to the option Use Bitmap Font for Complex Text
change it into Yes now save the changes Now you can see any language in your opera browser
NOTE:
When you normally open a web page in browser it only receive the content from web and display it by using the font in the mobile only so when you switch to Yes to the above option then the opera will browse the font also from web so you can enjoy reading any language in your opera browser now.
But it takes more bandwidth to read other languages than English using above method.
