Twitter, the world's biggest micro blogging website is launching a new facility to use access twitter without using Internet.

Already Facebook launched this facility earlier, where Twitter expected to launch the same facility by joining Singapore based company U2opia.

Facebook and Google hangouts are also using the services of U2opia. Twitter thinks its the best way to reach people in emerging markets where people still lacking in using smartphones and having poor internet facility.

How this made possible ?

Its possible only because of USSD technology.

USSD technology ? Do you heard of it ( I assure you , you are using USSD technology every day ).
