Facebook to buy WhatsApp

Facebook to buy mobile messenger WhatsApp:

Facebook Inc gonna buy fast growing WhatsApp for 19 billion $ (including 4 Billion $ in Cash & 12 billion $ as stocks). 

WhatsApp is already having 450 million users and its fast growing service acquires more than 1 million users everyday.

Facebook kept a promise to keep the company brand name in future. Facebook messenger is used to contact with Facebook friends where WhatsApp messenger is used to communicate with all of our group contacts and small group peoples. So combining both can serve wide range of people Facebook believes.
